When do guests get the feedback questions?
After payment, in their own language. You pick a few questions from ready-made examples or write your own.
How do I ask for a Google review?
After the questions, a happy guest gets an invitation to leave a Google review. A guest who is less happy gets a field for a remark, which arrives in your dashboard.
Can guests sign up for my newsletter?
Yes, with the Mailchimp integration. Only guests who tick the box themselves at checkout join your list.
