Am I committed as soon as I choose a plan?
No. After you choose, we call you to go through the setup. Nothing is final until you agree.
How does getting started work?
First we agree how service works. Then we prepare your menu and brand, test a complete order all the way to the ticket and give your team a short briefing.
How soon can we go live?
That depends on your POS, printers, locations and the service you choose. We map those first, so you know where you stand.
Do I need a POS integration?
No. Without one, orders arrive on an order tablet or a configured printer. With a supported POS integration, they go straight into your POS.
