How it works
Hotel guests order like everyone else. The difference is in how they pay and where the order goes.
Charge to the room
Every room gets its own QR code, linked to the room in Mews. When the guest is checked in with a valid card, ‘Charge to room’ appears as a payment method.
Room service through unTill
Room service orders go to a dedicated table in unTill, with the room number and requested time on the ticket.
Own menus, own hours
Room service, the pool bar and the lobby each get their own menu with their own opening hours.

If you use another PMS, we look at whether it can work the same way.
Frequently asked questions
What if the guest has already checked out?
Then ‘Charge to room’ does not appear and the guest pays online.
Does it work for guests who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes. They order and pay as in any restaurant, just without the option to charge a room.
Can it run through my POS instead?
With unTill, room service orders land on a dedicated table in your POS. You then post them to the room the way you are used to.
