Your revenue as a DATEV file for your tax advisor.
For venues in Germany, Orderli creates a DATEV Buchungsstapel: revenue per VAT rate, tips and payment methods for each business day, booked to the accounts you use. Your accountant imports it as is.

How you go live with DATEV
We do the technical work. You tell us how your venue runs.
Choose your accounts
For each VAT rate, tips and payment method you choose where it is booked. We do this together, with your accountant if you like.
We set it up
We set up DATEV for your books. After that, nobody retypes revenue.
A check first
Your accountant reviews the first revenue. Only when everything adds up does it keep running like this.

Questions about DATEV
Is this a connection or an export?
An export. You download the file in Orderli and send it to your tax advisor, who imports it into DATEV.
Who sets up the accounts?
We do, together with you or your tax advisor. We start from the SKR03 or SKR04 standard accounts and only change what is different for you.
How are tips handled?
Tips get their own booking on the tip account you choose, separate from revenue.
Do I need a DATEV export if I am in the Netherlands?
Usually not. For Dutch and Belgian venues, the Excel exports and reports in Orderli are more practical for your accountant.
