POS integration

Right on top of the POS you already run.

Orderli takes your items, prices and VAT from the POS and puts every order neatly back in. When something drifts apart, you see exactly what and update it in one click.

The POS stays the source, guests see more.

Your team keeps working in the system it knows. Guests get a menu that says more than a till button.

The POS below, your menu on top

Orderli takes items, options, categories, revenue groups, VAT, price levels and courses from your POS. On top of that you make the guest menu richer, without breaking the link.

Every order reaches the POS

Orders go to the POS automatically, and an order for later waits for its time. If sending fails for a moment, Orderli tries again by itself as soon as your POS is reachable.

[The till and the app] fit together perfectly. That is a precondition for the service to work properly, of course, but our previous online ordering app often didn’t combine orders for the same table correctly. […] With Orderli it works flawlessly.

Common questions

Does Orderli work with every POS?

It depends on the POS provider and version. The integrations page lists supported connections.

Will it automatically overwrite my entire POS?

No. The dashboard exposes differences and import actions so changes can be made deliberately.

Can I see why an order failed?

Order and POS requests can be traced with their status and error information.
