# Invoices to companies, straight into Moneybird.

When a company’s employees order on account, you create the invoice with a payment link in Orderli. With the Moneybird integration that invoice also lands in your own books, with the company details added as a contact.

## How you go live with Moneybird

We do the technical work. You tell us how your venue runs.

1. Choose your accounts For each VAT rate, tips and payment method you choose where it is booked. We do this together, with your accountant if you like.
2. We set it up We set up Moneybird for your books. After that, nobody retypes revenue.
3. A check first Your accountant reviews the first revenue. Only when everything adds up does it keep running like this.
