Rush control

# When the rush hits, you stay in charge.

Pause ordering, put a dish on snooze or let guests know it is extra busy, with one tap on the tablet. Afterwards everything reopens by itself.

## Hit the brakes for as long as you need.

Nothing stays closed by accident.

### Dishes on snooze

When the soup runs out, snooze it from the tablet or the dashboard for an hour, twelve hours or a day. Then it is back on the menu by itself, without anyone having to remember.

#### Close the terrace in one tap

When it starts to rain or you are short of hands, close a zone and the tables there stop ordering. Whole menus and categories switch off just as easily.

### A ceiling per time slot

For each menu you set a maximum number of orders or amount of revenue per time slot. Once a slot is full, guests pick the next one, so the kitchen can keep up.

#### Extra busy? Guests hear it at once

One tap on an order sends the guest a set message that it may take a little longer. And the tablet shows which tables still have guests ordering, so you know what is coming.

As an owner you can manage the pace yourself, for example by marking products as ‘sold out’ or pausing the system for a moment when it suddenly gets too busy. **Chong Chu · Foodhallen** Founder Entree Magazine · 9 January 2026 Translated from Dutch[Read the article](https://www.entreemagazine.nl/ondernemen/foodhallen-stuurt-op-bestelgedrag-met-flexibel-qr-bestelsysteem)

## Common questions

Can I take a dish off the menu for a while?

Yes. From the tablet or the dashboard you snooze it, and afterwards it returns to the menu by itself.

Can I close just the terrace?

Yes. You close a zone and its tables can no longer order; the rest of the venue carries on ordering.

How do I stop the kitchen from being swamped?

Per menu you set a maximum number of orders or revenue per time slot. When a slot is full, guests choose the next one.
