Guests scan the QR code in their room and order from your room-service menu. The room number is already on it, from the order to the kitchen ticket.

## From nightstand to room door.

Guests order whenever it suits them. Your team knows at once what goes to which room.

### The room number is already on it

Every room gets its own QR code, so guests never type anything in. After ordering, they see which room it is for and when to expect it.

#### Pay now or charge the room

Guests pay straight away, charge it to the room where your POS supports that, or put it on invoice. Through the QR code they can check their room bill in between.

### The kitchen sees: room 204

The ticket names the room and any courses, and reception can get an email for every new order. If the guest collects it, it reaches the kitchen as a pickup order and the guest gets a text when it is ready.

#### Restaurant, terrace, bar and rooms

One account for the whole hotel, with its own menu and opening hours for each outlet. The room-service menu adds its own fee automatically, and a toothbrush or shaving kit can be ordered just as easily.

No. Every room gets its own QR code, so the room number is already there, from the order to the kitchen ticket. A general QR code does ask for the room number.
