## Plan ahead, without copying anything out.

Orders come in online. The kitchen gets a list to work from, without anyone making it.

### Any screen as a prep board

Switch the orders to tiles and any tablet or laptop becomes a prep board. The next pickup time comes first, options and notes fold open. Marking done asks for a second tap, and you hear a new order come in.

#### Everything added up, by channel

The orders summary adds up what needs making for a period. Per dish, per option, or per combination of dish and options, so a wholemeal sandwich without onion does not vanish into the total. Alongside, you see how orders split across table, kiosk, pickup and delivery.

### A calendar of what is coming

The order calendar sits on the dashboard home page. Every order is a small bar on the day it is picked up or delivered, the largest on top. Click a day and you see exactly those orders.

#### A sheet to print

Download the summary as a PDF to print or as XLSX to work with further. Every line has a checkbox and the orders it belongs to. Date and filters are on it, and the sheet says plainly that later orders are not included.
