Every order gets a pickup code that appears on the screen at the pickup counter the moment it is ready. Guests who would rather sit down get a text.

Guests see for themselves when it is ready: on the screen, on their phone or by text.

### A text the moment it is ready

When the team marks an order ready, the guest gets a text in the words you wrote for that menu. If someone orders from several stands, each stand sends its own text as soon as its part is ready. Guests enter their number at checkout; SMS is a separate module.

#### Following along until it is ready

After ordering, guests see for each part whether it is still being prepared or already waiting. If the team has a message, such as that it is extra busy, it appears straight away.

### One code, the same everywhere

The pickup code is a number from your own range or an emoji. It appears on the confirmation, the receipt, the order card and the kitchen ticket, right at the top if you like. In a food hall, an order across several stands keeps one code.

The pickup screen runs on a TV with a browser, on a fixed link with no login. Codes sit in columns by status, per area and time window, in your colours and font. We set up your screen together, and an earlier version is easy to restore.

Yes. You write the text yourself, per menu. For every order you can see which text went out, word for word. When a guest in a food hall orders from several stands, the shared pickup code can go in the text.
