#### No paying twice by accident

Orderli stops a second payment, picks an interrupted payment back up and shows guests why something failed. Refunds, in full or in part, are done from the dashboard or the tablet.

### Payouts you can trace

You verify your business right in the dashboard. That is also where you see your balance and what is still processing, download the settlement report per payout and choose how the payout reads on your bank statement.

#### Set per menu

For each menu you choose how guests pay: online, by card or cash at the counter, cash only or on the tab. Service fees, fixed or as a percentage, are set per menu too and reach your POS as their own line.
