Guest ordering

# Guests order the moment they are ready.

Guests open your menu on their own phone or at the kiosk, with no app and no login. The order arrives paid, at the right station.

## Ease at the table. Clarity behind the scenes.

### Open and browse

At the table, guests scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag. At the counter there is a kiosk, and for pickup or delivery your own ordering site. The same menu is waiting everywhere, with nothing to install.

#### Choose with confidence

Options, allergens, dietary details and photos sit with each dish, in the guest’s language. The kitchen receives the chosen portion and extras.

### Pay at the table

Guests pay with iDEAL, card or wallet and receive the receipt on their phone. If a table would rather pay at the end, Orderli pulls the bill from your connected POS.

#### Tipping as its own step

Guests choose: round up, a percentage, their own amount or no tip. The tip goes to your connected POS as a separate amount, apart from the dishes.

When it gets really busy, guests can also quickly order for themselves with the QR codes. They don’t have to interrupt their game of pool to walk to the bar. **Jeroen van Benten · Poolbar de Gracht** Co-owner Entree Magazine · 31 August 2026 Translated from Dutch[Read the article](https://www.entreemagazine.nl/ondernemen/poolbar-de-gracht-in-amsterdam-combineert-spel-horeca-en-technologie)

## Common questions

Does personal service disappear?

No. You decide where self-ordering belongs. Staff gain time for the welcome, recommendations and attention at the table.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code and the menu opens in their browser. They order and pay there too.

Does it help guests with allergies?

You can show allergens and let guests search or filter. Your venue remains responsible for the information.
