Coming soon: rounds and limits per table

# Rounds for guests. Rhythm for the kitchen.

Guests order round by round from the table. You decide how many dishes each round allows and how long a round lasts.

Illustrative scene in an all-you-can-eat restaurant: a team member brings the next round of small plates to a group of friends.

## In use at venues including

- Van der Valk
- HEMA
- Fletcher Hotels
- De Bartel Groep
- Bierfabriek
- Grote Markt Den Haag
- Van Asch
- Foodhallen
- Schiphol

## A round nobody has to explain

The rules appear on screen exactly when they matter.

1. See what’s possible now The menu shows which round the table is in and how many dishes can still be added.
2. Choose together The table builds the round within the limits you have set.
3. Wait for the next round After sending, the table sees when it can order again.

## One table is on round four. Another is still waiting for two dishes.

Each table sees how many dishes it can still add this round and when the next one starts. The kitchen gets orders in manageable batches.

Guests share several dishes at an all-you-can-eat table.

### Unlimited dining needs clear agreements

- Rounds have rules How many dishes per person, how long to wait, how long at the table: guests need to see it before they choose.
- Not everything is included Premium dishes and drinks with a surcharge need to be clear before ordering.
- The kitchen sets the pace Without rounds, everything arrives at once and the kitchen gets swamped.

## Every round has its own clock.

The table sees how many dishes it can still add this round and when the next one opens. The kitchen gets each round as one ticket, and the POS charges the package, not every dish.

## Set your rules once.

The menu explains them at every table: what the package includes, what carries a surcharge and when the next round opens.

### Premium dishes, surcharge included.

Choose which premium dishes guests can see and show the surcharge before they pick one.

### The kitchen sees every round come in.

Each table shows which round it is and what is in it, so the kitchen can work round by round.

### Settle the package and drinks together.

At the end the table pays for the package, surcharges and drinks in one go.

## What all-you-can-eat restaurants often ask us

Can we limit the number of dishes per round?

Yes. You set how many dishes per person each round allows and how long a table waits before the next round.

How do we handle premium dishes?

Put them on the menu separately with a surcharge. Guests see the price before they choose, so the bill holds no surprises.

Does it work with our POS?

Orderli connects with many common hospitality POS systems. For yours we check together how the package and surcharges come through.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests order and pay in their phone’s browser: through the QR code at the table or the link to your own ordering site for takeaway and delivery. At a kiosk they order and pay on the kiosk itself.

How do guests see what is in a dish?

You add options and allergens to the dish itself. What you enter is what guests see, so check it: you know your kitchen best.

Can the menu be in more than one language?

Yes. Pick your languages and AI translates dishes, descriptions, options and categories. You first see what changes per dish and review before anything goes live. The ticket and the POS simply show your own names.
